Sub-Floor Solutions
Demolition - Removal of any existing flooring surface including terrazzo, hard wood, carpet, ceramic tile, quarry tile on mud bed, sheet vinyl, epoxy coatings, concrete sealer, old underlayment~ etc.
Shotblasting - Mechanical removal of adhesive residue, epoxy coatings, underlayment compounds, rust on metal such as ship decks. Cleaning of new and old warehouse floors for the installation of sealers and epoxy coatings.We can remove sealer prior to the installation of floor covering.
Grinding - Also good for removing coatings and adhesives. Can be incorporated in flattening concrete slabs when an underlayment is not the best alternative. We have grinders for jobs from 100 to 100,000 square feet.
Epoxy Injection - This process is utilized for repairing cracked concrete slabs, both old and new, by opening the crack with a special tool, cleaning it out properly and inducing an epoxy compound specially designed to re-bond the failing area of concrete

Calcium Chloride Moisture Testing - As the only test recognized by the CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) calcium chloride testing is able to provide accurate test results that can be used in determining weather or not a slab is dry and warrantable should flooring covering or a coating be installed. Moisture and moisture related alkali is the largest reason for the breakdown of floor covering in the world.
